Lessons on Human Rights Advocacy and Cybercrime Policy
This report reflects on the two-year implementation of the Mainstreaming Human Rights in Cybercrime and Cybersecurity Policymaking Processes in the Philippines. It documents the advocacy strategies used, the successes and failures, and lessons learned in the course of project implementation. The report hopes to assist future advocacy initiatives related to cybercrime and human rights in the country.
